These terms apply to everyone who uses funtwitch.com ("FunTwitch", "we", "us"). By using the site, its tools or its articles, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

• The tools and articles are free to use and don't need an account.
• You may use the tools for personal, educational and business purposes.
• You must be old enough to agree to these terms where you live, or use the site with a parent's or guardian's permission.

When using FunTwitch, please don't:

• use the site for anything illegal, harmful, fraudulent or misleading;
• try to break, overload, hack or get around the security of the site;
• copy the site with automated tools in a way that harms its performance;
• upload or create content that you don't have the right to use, or that harasses or harms others;
• send spam or abusive messages through our forms.

Most tools work entirely in your browser, so what you type, paste or upload (for example text, files and photos) stays on your device. Anything you create with our tools, such as cards, biodata, QR codes, charts or documents, belongs to you. We don't claim ownership of it.

You are responsible for what you put into the tools and how you use the results, including having permission to use any photos, names or other details you add. If you send us feedback or ideas, we may use them to improve FunTwitch without owing you anything.

• Documents made with our Privacy Policy Generator and Terms and Conditions Generator are templates, not legal advice. Check them with a qualified lawyer before relying on them.
• Typing test scores, charts, simulations and other results are for information and learning, and may not be exact.
• Check what you create before you use it: for example, test QR codes before printing and proofread documents before sharing them.

The site's design, code, logo, tools and articles belong to FunTwitch. You're welcome to share links to our pages and to quote short parts of articles with a link back. Please don't copy or republish whole articles or tools without our written permission.

Our articles are general information, not professional (legal, financial, medical or other) advice. We try to keep them accurate, but they may contain mistakes or become out of date.

FunTwitch shows ads through Google AdSense, uses Google Analytics, and links to other websites. These services have their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their content or practices. How we use them is explained in our privacy policy.

Through our Hire Developer page you can book a free, no-obligation consultation. Booking a call does not create a contract. Any paid work is covered by a separate written quote or agreement, which sets out the scope, price, timeline and other terms for that project.

We may add, change or remove tools, features and articles at any time, and we can't promise the site will always be available or free of errors. Drafts saved in your browser can be lost if you clear your browser data, so keep copies of anything important.

FunTwitch is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we make no promises that the site, tools or results will be accurate, complete, reliable or suitable for a particular purpose.

To the extent the law allows, FunTwitch is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of data, profits or business, arising from your use of the site or its tools. For our free tools and content, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us for them, which is nothing. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be handled by the courts of India, unless the law where you live says otherwise.

We may update these terms as FunTwitch changes. The effective date at the top shows the latest version. If you keep using the site after a change, you accept the updated terms.
