Do people need an app to scan it?

Will the QR code stop working?

No. Your details are stored inside the QR code itself, not on a website, so it works forever and never expires. To change your details, create a new QR code.

What size should the QR code be when printed?

At least 2 × 2 cm (about 0.8 inch) so phones can scan it easily. For your own designs, use the SVG download, which stays sharp at any size.
